National Park of Mana Pools The Zambezi River's ability to sustain life makes Mana Pools National Park in northern Zimbabwe one of the country's greenest and most prosperous areas. It is renowned for its natural beauty and for being one of the best places on the continent to see game. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visitors have a wide range of activities to choose from, including guided walks in the area's pristine riverfront woodlands and year-round canoe cruises that give a distinctive and unforgettable way for visitors to enjoy the area's striking visual splendor and diverse fauna. Game drives, river cruises, nature hikes, bird viewing, catch-and-release fishing, and looking for dinosaur footprints are a few other popular pastimes. Nighttime: Kanga Camp Within the Mana Pools National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Kanga Camp is located on a private concession. Known for their walking safaris, Mana Pools offers visitors the chance to see rare and endangered wild dogs as well as lions and other predators. The camp itself looks out into Kanga Pan, a vital source of water during the dry season for a wide variety of animals and bird species. This indicates that local fauna frequently stops by the pans for a leisurely drink. On an elevated wooden platform, six conventional canvas tents are positioned, each with a unique view of the pan. The tents have a sophisticated design, modest timber furnishings, floor-to-ceiling mesh netting, and all the facilities you could possibly need. Kanga Camp is only available from April to December since the pan floods with water during the rainy season. The best safari experience may be had during this season. There are also no other safari vehicles at the camp because it is located in a private concession. There are a variety of experiences and activities available, such as walking safaris, morning and afternoon game drives, the well-known armchair safaris during the dry season, and a photo hide that both amateur and professional photographers can enjoy.
